To our son,

From the day we found out you were coming into this world we loved you. We worried for your safety, did the best we could to make sure you had what you needed. Dreamed about what you would look like, how you would sound and how you would change our lives. We had no idea you would be this fabulous.

Alejandro you are our first son and we wouldn't change anything about you. The way you smile, the way you coo, even the way you cry. We didn't even come close in our dreams how you would change our lives. The day before you were born your daddy and I were talking and neither of us could picture your face, no matter how hard we tried. We had so much love for you before we knew who you were.

Rio, we love you and will do all we can to make sure you are happy, healthy, and safe. I thank God everyday you are with us, you bring so much joy into our lives. You have completed the emptiness in our lives we didn't know we had.

Long time

LONG time since I've posted, it's just been crazy here.

1. We moved back and forth between family members homes for a month.

2. Then we moved into our town home...finally!

3. During all of this we have been going back and forth to doctors for Little Rio.

Since the last time I posted we have celebrated two wonderful years together and had lots of firsts.

First Mother's Day
First fishing trip for Rio
First time rolling over
First time getting blood drawn

We have gotten many new items for us as a family.

Jumperoo for Rio
Washer and dryer for Momma
And cable mostly for Daddy

Now that I have the house close to put together I hope to catch up on here more often.
